工作原理:利用抽取陶瓷板內腔真空產生與外部的壓差,使料槽內懸浮的物料在負壓的作用下吸附在陶瓷 板上,固體物料因不能通過微孔陶瓷被截留在陶瓷板表面,而液體因真空壓差的作用及陶瓷板的親水性則順 利通過進入氣液分配裝置(真空桶)外排或利用,達到了固液分離的目的。

工作流程:Workflow:
轉子(陶瓷板)運轉一周,工作過程分為四個區域:吸漿 區、干燥區、卸料區、清洗區,反復循環。
1.濾餅形成(吸漿區)
工作開始時,浸沒在料漿槽的陶瓷板在真空的作用下,表面形成 一層較厚的顆粒堆積層,濾液通過陶瓷板進入吸水管路過濾至分 配閥到達真空桶。
2.濾餅干燥(干燥區)
主軸開始旋轉,轉子載著濾餅到達干燥區,濾餅在高真空作用下繼續脫水干燥。
3、濾餅剝離(卸料區)
主軸繼續旋轉,將干燥后的濾餅帶到卸料區,在刮刀裝置的作用下進行卸料。
4、反沖洗(反沖洗區)
卸料后陶瓷板進入反沖洗區,利用過濾液或外接自來水,經過反沖洗管道通過壓力調整由分配閥進入陶 瓷板內腔,由內而外清洗陶瓷板的微孔,同時將殘留在陶瓷板表面的殘余礦物沖洗下來,達到清洗目 的。
5、聯合清洗(化學清洗與超聲波清洗)
陶瓷板經過一定的工作時間后(一般為 8 小時以后),陶瓷板微孔因逐漸被堵而使過濾效率有所降低,為 保證陶瓷板微孔通暢及過濾高效率,應啟用聯合清洗,通過超聲波清洗、化學清洗和反沖清洗的相互作用,恢復陶瓷過濾板的原始狀態。通過聯合清洗可使陶瓷板的微孔進一 步得到疏通,保證后續過濾的高 效率。

4, backwash (backwash area)
After discharge, the ceramic plate enters the backwashing area, and the filtrate or external tap water is used to enter the inner cavity of the ceramic plate through the pressure adjustment through the distribution valve through the backwashing pipe, and the micro-pores of the ceramic plate are cleaned from the inside out. At the same time, the residual minerals remaining on the surface of the ceramic plate are washed down to achieve the cleaning purpose.
5, joint cleaning (chemical cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning)
Ceramic plate after a certain working time (generally 8 hours later), ceramic plate micropores are gradually blocked and the filtration efficiency is reduced, in order to ensure that ceramic plate micropores patency and filtration efficiency, joint cleaning should be enabled, through the mutual use of ultrasonic cleaning, chemical cleaning and backwash cleaning, to restore the original state of ceramic filter plate. Through the joint cleaning, the micro-pores of the ceramic plate can be dredged one step further to ensure the high efficiency of subsequent filtration.

1、自動化程度高,可連續工作,很大降低了人力損耗。 生產過程由PLC自動控制,操作簡單,可手動控制也可一鍵全自動控制。配有10.2寸觸摸屏,完成監控、操作界面圖形化顯示、運行參數顯示、狀態數據采集、存儲等功能,可反饋槽體料位、脫水桶液位、稀酸桶酸位、真空度、反沖洗壓力、主軸、攪拌轉速等模擬量數據并設置相關聯鎖報警和應對措施。 運行數據可傳輸DCS系統,遠程控制。

5、一體式排液系統設計合理、穩定。 自動排液系統采用一體式排液罐,故障率低且安裝方便。排液方式分為液位排液和時間排液,可在系統中互相切換,方便維護。雙真空泵的設計在增加吸氣量的同 時,通過循環閥組的切換,也能保證真空度在排水后的穩定。
